Burnham Oil Fired Water Boilers C3 and C4 Series

The Burnham C3 and C4 Series are characterised through quality components, accessible controls, durability and economy. This boiler system is extremely durable as it is made of cast iron and very economical as the fuel used is oil.

Cast iron is the best material to be used with boilers; it has the capacity of absorbing and transferring the heat quickly and it is the most durable material possible.   The rugged cast iron portions maximize the amount of heat from that particular section and this helps you reduce the energy consumption and your money.     All the cast iron portions are accessorized with metal push nipples that expand and contract with the portions in order to ensure its resistance.   Their purpose is to protect the boiler from deterioration ; the metal push nipples protect the boiler against petroleum-based chemicals that normally attack the gaskets.

The Burnham oil fired water based C3 and C4 boilers have a modern design that permits easy installing, maintenance and servicing with low costs. The whole pack is delivered in small pieces and comes with clear precise instructions. The jacket system permits opening both from top and from sides and eases the cleaning process. The combustion chamber has a swing door that enables access to the burner and allows fast servicing.

Burnham C3 & C4 Ratings

Both C3 and C4 series have the option of installing a tankless coil for hot water; this is not part of the original package, it needs to be ordered separately. The circulator is prepiped and wired to ease the installation and allows it to be performed immediately by anyone. However, a specialist’s consulting is still recommended.
