Crown Commercial Oil Fired Boiler FW Series

The Crown boiler FW Series is a cast iron three-pass hot water scotch marine boiler that can be fuelled with gas, light oil or both light oil and gas.   This is a commercial boiler made to resist in time and perform at high efficiency rate.    The FW Series consist in compact hydronic boilers. All the cast iron parts come completely assembled. It is easy to maintain and service these boilers due to the swing ragged burner door that permits visual inspection to all the heating surfaces.   There is no need for refractory combustion chamber thanks to the circular water design. The Crown FW Series is easy to install and the supply variety makes the controls placement easier.

The most impressive thing about the Crown FW Series have a unique three pass notch design that makes the boiler function at its maximum efficiency and gives it extra strength and provides a fast response for a boiler with such low weight and water volume.  

The FW Series are designed for commercial purposes, large residential houses, business places that need a durable boiler that can ensure hot water in short time and simultaneously in more places. Due to its compact design, the Crown FW Series allows a modular installing of a multi boiler with large heating loads.  

The FW Series package comes with the cast iron parts fully assembled and cast iron with push nipples for a better insulation. Between the sections of the boiler there can be found woven glass ropes. Using the three passes scotch marine system there is less heat loss trough the chimney. The flame goes through all of the three passes that are under pressure and maximizes the transfer of the heat to the boiler’s water. The outlet of the rear flue has a locking damper system.  

The front door is hinged and allows immediate access to the combustion chamber and burner and makes the maintenance and service easier. You can easily remove the stainless steel buffer through the front door. The materials used for the Crown FW Design boiler are highly resistant to the hot water’s pressure and minimize the thermal shock.  The jacket is insulated with powder-coated texture.
