Crown Tobago Oil Fired Boiler

The Crown Tobago oil fired boiler series consist in nine different sizes of boilers; they range in sections from three to five. The Tobago series’ heating capacity is between 80,000 Btu’s and 238,000 Btu’s per hour. These boilers provide heating trough a system based on hot water.  The Crown Tobago oil fired boilers are easy to install, maintain and service. They are made of durable materials and therefore are reliable and dependable. You will no longer need large amounts of money in case of servicing and you will save with the fuel and energy consumption.   The door from the combustion chamber uses a swing open system to provide a better access to the burner and the burner nozzles.

This permits cleaning and servicing with no difficulties. The split jacket design facilitates total access to the flue passages to the heat exchanger. The powder coating makes the insulation more efficient and the boiler functions are maximized.  

When the heat transfer takes place, the heat loss is being prevented by the wet leg design; this means that the combustion chamber can be enclosed on every side by the heat exchanger. The Crown Tobago series boilers come with Oil Solenoid Valves, Drain Valves and ASME Relief Valves. These valves are factory settings.  

The Tobago boiler package is already assembled prepared for an immediate installation and comes with a precise instruction book. You no longer need to waste time trying to figure out how to put all the pieces together, one single technician is enough to install your boiler in score time. The hot water heat exchanger benefits from a limited lifetime guarantee. For domestic hot water units Crown recommends the optional front mounted tankless coil; make sure you order this separately as it is not included in the package.  

Other optional features for the Crown Tobago oil fired boiler are a temperature and pressure gauge, a large iron cast flame inspection door, a combination aquastat relay, a less coil boiler that have a cast over the front section. The location of the valve must remain unchanged same with the entire boiler’s structure. This cannot only damage the functionality of the boiler but it can also cancel your guarantee. Any changes you will make are on your own risk.
