Utica Constellation Oil Fired Boiler

The Utica Constellation oil fired boiler has a cast iron construction for each of the boilers from the series. Cast iron is a strong and durable material that has excellent heating capabilities. The cast iron sections come with push nipples and together they form the heat exchanger. The push nipples are for better insulation and together with the cast iron sections, this boiler will last long in time. The multiple cast iron heat exchangers make no use for a total system shutdown. Every module works separately and there is no need to completely shut down the system not even during servicing. 

Most commercial boilers are large in size the Constellation boiler individual modules are preassembled and measure only 22"x 32. This makes them easy to transport and to install; they fit trough small doorways and narrow stairways.

The Utica Constellation oil fired boiler is also easy to maintain and service. You can have a fast and easy inspection of the burner and combustion chamber through the sturdy cast iron swing door, and you can easily perform any cleaning operations through the extra large flueways. The flueway openings are easy to access through the integrated two-part draft hood. The boiler has a recessed target wall that increases the combustion chamber’s size and protects it against accidental flue brush damage that can sometimes occur during the maintenance procedure.
