Utica Tri Fire Oil Fired Boiler

The Utica Tri Fire oil fired boiler uses a three-pass system. It is one of the most highly rated boilers on the market; it is rated with an AFUE of 86.5%. The heat exchanger is designed with three flue way passages that circulate around most of the boiler’s surface area. Inside the heat exchanger there are stainless steel baffle components. The stainless steel material keeps the heat inside the system during the heat transfer procedure without allowing it to escape.  Utica Tri Fired Series consists in four different boiler models with their heating capacity range of 105,000 MBH to 231,000 MBH.

The Tri Fire oil fired boiler has a piping tree that is labelled in the exact place where the piping is connected to get the system started.

You no longer will need a technician to find the location for the important parts. There are labels for the Aquastat, relieve valves and the pressure gauges.     

The Tri Fire oil fired boiler come by default with powder coated steel jacket for a better insulation and a higher efficiency. The on and off switcher is lighted so that you can see it in the dark in case of any emergency. The boiler also has controls for the aquastat and the circulator, and a reversible double-hinged swing out burner’s door. Other factory features of the Utica Tri Fire oil fired boiler are the flexible oil lines, site glass, sample port and a reversible swing door to make the installing and servicing process faster and easier.

There are some other features available so that your boiler’s functionality is improved; it is impossible for any boiler to contain all options as default components. Both low water cut off and the manual reset switcher, are optional features for the Tri Fire boiler; although you are not obliged to have them it does not mean that they are not important or practical. The low water cut off is extremely important for your safety; there is no other way to notice if your boiler is running low on water unless you supervise it all day. The cut off switch will observe the problem and will immediately cut it off until it gets aggravated.
